BOSU/Disc

image of people working out on bosu equipment.

A great way to both work on strengthening the core muscles that wrap around your waist and support your spine and improve your balance and coordination is with a new workout tool called a BOSU which stands for "both sides up." On one side it is a half of a balance ball on the other side it is a flat surface.

This is a great tool that allows you to complete a variety of different workouts. Inflatable discs or foam pads are another type of workout tool to exercise your nervous system and improve your balance and coordination. This is a great way to reduce your risk of injury as you age. Many age-related injuries are due to falls because of poor balance and coordination.

Wish I still lived in Wellington cause this is the BEST Chiropractic practice in the world!!!!! I have lived in New York and now in Florida and can NOT find a chiropractor to fix my back like Anders could!!!!! Wish I had the money to fly you down here weekly or to come to you. Miss you all greatly!!!!!
